My Story
I began my career as an engineer, where my passion for problem-solving took root. As I advanced into senior roles, I enhanced my business acumen by earning an MBA. This combination of technical expertise and strategic insight has equipped me to tackle complex challenges head-on. I thrive in dynamic environments, continually seeking opportunities to drive growth and innovation.
Nearly a decade ago, I self-implemented EOS® for a real estate brokerage, driving its growth from $12 million to over $32 million in revenue and expanding the team from 50 to 125 employees over four years. This experience revealed my passion for the Integrator role.
Over the past two years, as a Fractional Integrator for several companies, I have honed my skills in coaching leaders and enhancing team efficiency and cohesion.
I am dedicated to helping organizations achieve their goals and thrive. I understand the unique challenges of being second-in-command, and I am determined to empower others to unleash their superpowers, build confidence, and navigate the ups and downs of scaling a company.

Fractional Integrator
For companies running on EOS, the role of a fractional/interim Integrator is to strengthen your leadership team, drive alignment across your organization, and bring the EOS tools and outcomes of your quarterly sessions into the day-to-day of your organization. ​Ideally, companies are using an EOS Implementer or have begun self-implementing.
